Surroundings

Living in the fraternity house has a great impact on your life. You are constantly surrounded by the Brothers who have been through the same initiation you have. Which means you instantly have a unique bond that binds you together. Living with 30 of your close friends is definitely a unique experience. There is always something to do at the Delt house whether its going to the pool, playing basketball or volleyball, or just relaxing about the house talking to your brothers.

Structure

At the Delt house, brothers are grouped into a four bedroom living environment. Every four brothers have their own kitchen, laundry room, and living area. The main common room is in the same structure but with only one brother living on the fraternity’s common space. Every brother and pledge has access to this room 24 hours a day. There are great amenities in this multi-functioning room. This area is great to study in, relax with the brothers, or to hold any social functions.

Future

The future of the Delt house is very open and has many promising things happening to it. We are looking to possibly double the size of our common area in the main room to the adjacent apartment. This would be great to add a possible library or alumni lounge. Also, in the near future a new patio/deck will be installed as well as new furniture throughout the house.
